As a Benedictine Oblate, my practice is rooted in the contemplative tradition of Christian Spirituality,. My passion is to help people access a level of presence and awareness from which true agency can flow - with 'space, pace and grace'.

With Crossroads Retreats, a charity which helps people from all backgrounds discern their way through challenges in life, I guide retreats in diverse settings including Monasteries. I also love leading Pilgrimages to places like Assisi, Bardsey and the West Coast of Ireland. 

Having formerly built a leadership development consultancy at Waverley Abbey, I am now enjoying a period facilitating Conversations for the Leadership Fellowship at St George’s House in Windsor Castle. 

My formal qualifications include Spiritual Direction, Integral and Transformational Narrative coaching and Christian Counselling.

I love poetry, sailing and Celtic spirituality and enjoy writing, most recently books on ‘Leading With Love’ and  ‘Presencing’ in Spiritual Direction.
